	MAY 2007 First Fridays May 4, 2007. Come Downtown to enjoy specials at many businesses! JUNE 2007 First Fridays June 1, 2007. Come Downtown to enjoy specials at many businesses! JULY 2007 First Fridays July 6, 2007. Come Downtown to enjoy specials at many businesses! The Fourth of July Festival in Main Square Park includes a kiddie parade and a twilight parade through Downtown, a carnival, and a huge fireworks display. Farmers Market starts and runs through October in the Downtown Parking Lot corner of Highway and Kennedy Avenues. Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm. Highland Dollar Days Since 1950s we have held Dollar Days. Merchants have a specials and sidewalk sales. So come on down! AUGUST 2007 First Fridays August 3, 2007. Come Downtown to enjoy specials at many businesses! The Annual Corn Roast in Main Square Park. All the corn you can eat. Ticket price also includes a choice of hot dog or sausage, soda pop, chips and dessert. Advance tickets available at Cakes by Karen and the Chamber of Commerce office for $5. Tickets at the gate are $6. SEPTEMBER 2007 First Fridays September 7, 2007. Come Downtown to enjoy specials at many businesses! Midwest Zest Fest in Main Square Park September 6-9 2007. Rides, music, food, arts & crafts...everything you expect from a carnival. And don't miss the Lemon Parade, the Sour Note Karaoke Bar in the beer tent, and a crowning of a Lemon King & Queen. This is a festival with a-peel!
